Puffling Coins products offered for pre-order are not yet ready for shipment. Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your pre-order. Estimated fulfillment or shipping timelines are provided on the applicable product page and may be subject to change.

You may request cancellation of an unfulfilled pre-order by contacting us. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, our standard return and refund policy applies.
